| Sauvignon Blanc The Yalumba Y Series Sauvignon Blanc 2010 is pale green in colour and gives the impression of freshness right from the very start. The aromas are characterised by pineapple and lime sorbet, freshly cut grass and hints of wet stones. The palate is light bodied and framed by crunchy green apple acidity – a hallmark of this variety. Fine, clean and persistent in the mouth. A lovely match with mussels steamed in white wine and garlic. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
